Emergency rail service to continue Notices have been posted at Finsbury Park station warning commuters that the emergency rail timetable, put in place following the Hatfield derailment,
is likely to continue after the line is cleared and reopened.
West Anglia Great Northern (WAGN) says on its website that rail services between Welwyn Garden City and London
will continue to be disrupted until Monday November 13 at the earliest.
Railtrack also say that its nationwide rail repair programme could take until Christmas to complete.
WAGN is laying on a shuttle bus service
between Brookmans Park and Potters Bar. From there an emergency rail service
is operating.
