Traffic calming measures for Brookmans Park? Should measures be introduced to control speeding through Brookmans Park? Would speed humps, chicanes or cameras be the best deterrent? The issue is again being debated in the forum. It seems, from the contributions in the forum and the old 'Have Your Say' section, that Bluebridge Road is one of the worst areas for speeding. In November last year police ran a 45-minute check on traffic travelling along Bluebridge Road heading towards Bradmore Green. They said they found that all speeds during that time were less than 35 miles per hour but admitted speeds could well increase at other times of the day. A police spokesman said it was, "always local residents who get caught". What can and what should be done? Join the debate in the forum.
