Organisers of the 50th Brookmans Park Village Day say that the community has offered 'fantastic support' for this year's event.

The golden anniversary of the popular community event, which raises funds for Brookmans Park Primary School, takes place on Saturday 20 June.

According to the village day committee, parents and local businesses in the village have responded generously to calls for raffle prizes and sponsorship.

Some of the prizes offered so far include:

• Corporate hospitality at Spurs
• Limited edition print "The Emirates Stadium" 69/250 by Karen Neale, signed by Van Persie, Fabregas, Gilberto & Walcott
• "The Legends of White Hart Lane", signed by 18 former Spurs legends
• Man United shirt signed by Christiano Ronaldo with authentication certificate
• Behind the scenes 'magic' tour of Paradise Wildlife Park
• Tour of the BBC News studios
• Lotus driving experience at the Lotus factory
• House of Commons tour and a trip up Big Ben
• London Wasps experience

Organisers says that if anyone is unable to attend village day but is interested in bidding they can place bids before Friday 19 June by contacting Belinda on the village day committee at belinda (at) shapps (dot) com

Brookmans Park Village Day is on Saturday 20 June. The parade starts at 12:45, the gates open at 13:00 and close at 17:00. The entrance fee is £1 for adults and 50p for children.
