Village mugging, three arrested

British Transport police have arrested three youths in connection with the late night mugging of a local man at Brookmans Park Station last month.

Police say the three are due to appear in court next week.

Officers have also recovered the mobile phone belonging to the Brookmans Park man who was the victim of the alleged attack.

The local man, who wishes to remain anonymous, said the recovery of his phone was the result of ‘excellent police work and co-operation between British Transport Police and officers from Hatfield and St Albans'.
