The diary of a WAGN commuter A WAGN commuter has set up a website to record his “trials and tribulations” as a passenger. It is yet another campaign for an improved service.
Carl Pereira wrote to this site saying he had undertaken the project to try to get something done.
“We're trying to put together as much information in the hope something will be
done to sort out the expensive appalling service we've been tolerating for far too long!
“I'm a fellow commuter on another WAGN line and thought you might like to see my diary trials and tribulations,” he wrote.
Last week a new group was set up which aims to represent the concerns of all rail users.
The group, Better Railway Advisory Group or BRAG, has been set up by commuter David da Costa. In a news release on his site, he states that the aim of the group is to seek change through public pressure.
Another commuter has set up a website for complaints about the Hertford line entitled WAGN – We Are Going Nowhere. This site also has a vibrant message board.
This site's 'Have Your Say' section also contains feedback on services provided by WAGN. January 13, 2002 Related Stories Call for one-day boycott of trains - January 10, 2002 New Site for WAGN feedback - January 6, 2002 feedback: feedback |
