Postal services in North Mymms over the years
« on: May 06, 2018, 11:28:38 am »
In Victorian times you could mail a letter in the morning and receive a reply the same day. In fact, in some parts of London, some residents would complain if they didn't get a reply by 'return of post'. North Mymms had two collections and deliveries in the mornings and afternoons. The North Mymms History Project team has been doing some digging and put together a feature about postal services in North Mymms over the years which includes images not seen online before. As with all our features, please feel free to add your comments and any relevant information in the comment box at the foot of the piece.

The Brookmans Park Newsletter has been supporting the village and our local community since 1998 by providing free, interactive tools for all to use.
