Memories of growing up in Bradmore Way in the 1950s
« on: March 29, 2018, 11:37:00 am »
A former local resident who grew up in Bradmore Way in the '50s has sent in her childhood memories so that they can be added to the memories section of the North Mymms History Project. Judy Marchant (nee Watson) writes about the day the transmitter mast fell down, skating on Gobions Lake when it was frozen, and Russ Conway playing in the primary school summer fete. She was also a keen trainspotter. Judy also shared some of her childhood photos which are now published on the piece "Memories of growing up in Bradmore Way in the 1950s".

The Brookmans Park Newsletter has been supporting the village and our local community since 1998 by providing free, interactive tools for all to use.
