The North Mymms History Project
« on: January 25, 2018, 09:40:03 pm »
A small team of local volunteers has been working behind the scenes over the past few weeks to build a new, online repository of historical reference material about the parish of North Mymms. It's called The North Mymms History Project and has three sections: books, features and documents.

The collection of material includes books and features that were previously stored in this site's history section. That material is gradually being moved across to the new site, with higher-resolution images being added from Mike Allen's superb collection of Images Of North Mymms. New material is also being added, with many more articles, documents and pamphlets waiting in line ready to be uploaded. Local historian and archivist, Peter Miller, has generously offered to share his extensive collection of material with this online project.

Those using the site will have the opportunity to add their comments at the end of every item. We are hoping this will lead to new information emerging and being shared. There is also a contact form so you can let us know if you spot any typos or mistakes.

Those who prefer to access information via smartphone and tablet will enjoy an enhanced experience because of the new site's responsive template which makes the material easier to read on smaller screens. We hope you enjoy The North Mymms History Project.
The Brookmans Park Newsletter has been supporting the village and our local community since 1998 by providing free, interactive tools for all to use.
