Received a letter from Welwyn Hatfield yesterday, to be honest not really sure what it's all about

Can anyone explain further ?

Not sure why WHBC expect anybody to respond after ignoring ALL 3000+ comments made in the recent Draft Local Plan Consultation:

This latest consultation is simply a box ticking exercise to say they have undertaken a consultation - all done at the expense of the council tax payer.
