Development of land in Peplins Way
« on: December 30, 2016, 02:27:29 pm »
I can see on Welwyn Hatfield's website that planning consent has been given for a 2-bed house on the former back garden of 46 Peplins 6/2016/1858/FULL

Cant see any plans on the website

I know that there have been several applications in the past that have been refused after substantial opposition from locals yet haven't heard anything about this one.

Anyone got any further information ?

Interesting reading

It seems restrictive covenants are worthless when the developer part owns the company that put the covenant in place.
