Village Day 2008
« on: March 31, 2008, 10:29:52 pm »
If you knows anyone who is on the organising committee for village day this year, or if indeed you are yourself, could you please contact me? I have tried asking the school, but the telephone number and email they provided me with don't seem to get a response....

Thanks,

James

I will contact James with details.  If anyone else wants the contact details I can let them know.

It will be on Saturday 14th June with a 'circus' theme this year.  Starts at 12.45.  That might be when the parade leaves the church to arrive at the school for 1pm.

Great idea, a Brookmans Park Newsletter Forum procession. Moderators at the front.

Bring back the village stocks.

James

Do you still need to speak to someone on the Village Day Committee? If so, please free to contact me.

More information has been sent in about the sponsorship for one of the grand raffle prizes. The flying lesson has been donated the Lion Flying Group who are based at Elstree Airfield. Click here for the updated article about Brookmans Park Village Day 2008.

************ Just over a week to go everyone *********

Could all parents of children at bp school ( and anyone else who can get along! ) please remember to bring your tombola , 'find the wine', bric a brac and other donations along to school over the coming week . please mention this to friends / family and neighbours , it is crucial to the success of the day.

Thanks

Edited only to put in sentence case rather than caps. Unfortunately, using caps is associated with shouting in online forums and chat -  :)  David
