A couple of users have contacted me about the fact that they have to log on each time they revist the forum. The default position is that you will be logged off automatically after a certain period of time (you can change this when you log on). You can also log off manually. This means that when you return to the forum after a period away, you will have to put in your user name and password. If everyone was left logged on all the time we would permanently have every member's name (more than 550) listed as being online on the front page of the site.

I've just extended the time a user can be online before being automatically logged off. It is now two hours. It means that if you browse elsewhere while being logged on you should still be logged into the forum when you return (if it is within two hours). The only thing to be careful of is leaving the PC unattended, because others could then post in your name.
