To be honest this questionaire is just as bad the last one as it is too vague and one sided.

Well the poblem with the last poll was it was only being taken by a specific group of Brookmans Park rather than a variety of people. To get a fair result you need to encourage all to take part. I also feel it is unfair to say that all townies think they are hard and that Goths slit their wrists regularly.

I know I'm giving away that I'm hitting middle age, but what are "Goths" and "Grebos"?

John

I asked the same question, an answer was posted by Aqueous Transmission on 23rd April in the Teenagers Forum, teenagers:-'What are you?' section.

I don't recall any such social groups when I was a teenager, although that seems a long way back now !

Depending on your age:

Mods, Sole Boys, New Romantics, Punks, Rockers, Teddy Boys, Skin heads, Hyppies...

Not sure if you could call all of them social groups, but each had their own uniforms, way of talking and music.

good evening, i am back from a short break. i took it for no apparent reason. yes, i did do a rather generalised desciption of the social groups today back in the other thread. of which i am very proud...took me ages, y'know!

'to obtain a bird's-eye is to turn a blizzard to a breeze'

;)I don't think I fall in to any of those! I suppose I am someone who doesn't want to be anything. I am individual. What about you? :-*

this "dispute" if you can call it that , is absolutely pathetic.. there shouldnt be stereotypes, there are billions of us on this earth, and *making* us fit into one of these categories shows society today how poor it is really getting..  *** it rawks.*** life should be about enjoying yourself, not fitting in , kez is gunna have a real laugh at this ( tee hee) 'argument'

Slightly off thread but should the expression be:-
Larging it or bigging it up ???
As I am confused, do they mean the same or is there a subtle difference.
I is well vexed my man? :o

Lol Jet. To be honest I think the people which use that slang are at the minority. Sounds stupid I know, but then I think it's just a phase in their life.

lol reading that made me laugh.

Some tips for you:

Being 'sick' or 'ill' is a good thing
'biggin up' means to make someone more noticed eg - giving a radio shout to your mates 'big up john' so everyone knows who they are
Goths - wear mainly black listen to metal but most are nice who visit their grandmas on a daily basis
grebo's - wearing baggy jeans and hooded tops - although we call them street rats!!!
the one's to watch out for are the bloody chav's - spot them in trakkie bottoms and baseball caps - the more burberry and jewellery the better. keep your distance for these they will be rude and abusive at the drop of a hat.

Man i'm only 22 but it was all different when i was 16 we just got drunk and stoned in parkfield and did no property/person/animal any harm.

I'm gonna stop rambling now.

I find it funny how inda claims to have done no property/person/animal any harm, but on other threads he goes on about how he drives wrecklessly on the roads with the potential of doing harm to property/person/animal.

lol my IQ is 115

i've never stole, damaged any property/car/bus stop ect... , commited arson, rape, murder, robbery, burglery
ok i speed a little but cars have improved - take the Mercadies Mclaren it can stop from 120mph to 0 quicker than the highway code says you can do it from 60!!
Also the AA submitted a request to the government to increase the motorway speed limit to 80. Although i regulary do 90-100 and i concentrate alot more at those speeds.
