Site update - moving to a new server
« on: June 14, 2015, 07:02:17 pm »
Hi all,

We have moved the site to a new server, one that can cope with the updates needed for our community forum which runs on Simple Machines (SMF). There will be a few things we need to iron out, but I think you will be able to use the forum as normal. Sorry for any inconvenience.

I wondered what was going on!

There seems to be a lot of dodgy code on the front page (looking on ipad)

Yes, I am in the process of fixing that. I will update when I have commented out some of the code that's causing problems. The forum should be working fine.

Apologies for the big gaps on the front page of the site. I had to remove some code for three features which wasn't working properly following the migration to the new server. The items missing are the local banner adverts, the business directory updates and the local history updates. Sorry for an inconvenience.
