Driving Theory Test
« on: August 05, 2002, 04:53:10 pm »
Im 17 and currently learning to drive. This involves me having to learn all the rules of the roads so that I can pass a theory test of 35 questions. While I'm learning I hear my family and friends say they reckon they would fail the theory test if they were to take it. This view may be shared by many of you and so here is a chance to findout how well you know your stuff. Below is a link to mock theory tests set by the DSA.http://www.dsa.gov.uk/mockpaper/theoryintro.htm# So, please have ago and then don't be afraid to share your results and queries over this thread.

I got one wrong, apparently if someone annoys you, you should remain calm rather than sounding your horn and/or using a motioning signal with your hand.  I mean really - what planet do these people come from???? ;)

thank god I read your post first Aiden, or I might have got one wrong as well!!

I'm actually amazed at myself, I passed.......there was a bit of guess work though.

So no more jokes about woman drivers then!!!

I got four wrong.    Sorry Anna, we might get some cracks about women drivers :)   But at least I have had the grace to admit I got some wrong. ;)

Mary, that's okay, don't feel bad, my brother got 5 wrong, so it's men as well!!

Even so, I'm very glad I don't have to take that test now, not sure I would pass, if I was taking the test under pressure.
