Theft of Motor Vehicle - Cuffley

Apologies for slight delay in posting this message - Aidan.
 

Dear Watch Member,

In the small hours of Monday 30th April 2012 a BMW vehicle was stolen from Northaw Road East, Cuffley.  It is possible this happened at approximately 4am.  No keys were used and no property was broken into.

If anyone has any information in relation to this crime please contact me on 01707 806948.  Crime Number B2/12/1596 refers

Would it not be useful to describe the vehicle ?

Just saying it's a BMW is somewhat vague. How about model, colour, reg no etc and perhaps there might be a better response from the public.

How was the theft managed, when 'no keys were used and no property broken into'? Do the police think that the thieves had a tow truck or something?
