Bradmore Lane Tree
« on: February 25, 2004, 02:21:38 pm »
Does anyone know why one of the two large trees (I think they are oak) on the north side of Bradmore Lane, has been chopped down? Was it diseased, or was it in danger of falling? Is the other under threat? It seems such a pity that a landmark that must have been there for a few hundred years is now a pile of logs. Below is a picture of the same tree taken last summer.
