Crossing at Swanland road

I have asked but the council has said it is too dangerous, but my argument is that the layby coming down to Swanland road from Welham Green also acts as a bus stop. Which i believe is more dangerous than a Zebra crossing just at the beginning of the lay by.

I don't understand the question!  At the top of Swanland Road, isn't it right to Welham Green?  What sort of crossing and where?

Yeah right to wellham  green. There is a dipped pavement there and a cyclist sign, but it is a blind corner. The council have said its to dangerous but if your are coming from wellhame green and turning left down swanland that also acts as a bus stop, which is highly dangerous.

According to the survey results so far, apparently 5 people believe you turn left at the top of Swanland to get to Welham Green. Oh dear..................................... ???
