Bradmore Green burglaries
« on: January 13, 2004, 01:51:43 pm »
Police say there were two burglaries in flats above the shops in the village yesterday, 12 January. Both took place during the day.

Police don't have descriptions of the burglars, but community officer Vojislav Mihailovic has asked for a general alert to be put out so that people can be on the look out for any strangers acting suspiciously in the area.

I noticed our constabulary there yesterday, but with so little to go on how can anyone help.
Something is really lacking in police/public liason around here?

The Community Police Officer, Vojislav Mihailovic, has just e-mailed this site to say that someone has been arrested and charged with the offences mentioned above.

Good to hear the theives have been caught. I hope they get put in an electric chair or worse - when will the government learn that our crime rate will not improve until the punishments are harsh enough to make the criminal minded think a little harder about the consequences before commiting the crime?
