Now that the chess season has ended, anyone out there fancy doing a bit of running?

ATG the younger and myself often go for a run in the evenings, but not in the summer - too hot. Go for a bike ride instead, see more of the world and less effort. Protects your joints from impact damage aswell.

I did on Saturday heading out of Saffron Walden through the village - very pretty. Trying to get ready for London to Cambridge at the end of July. Didn't do my running any good on Sunday though!
