Crouch William and Ada
« on: January 02, 2008, 04:46:00 pm »
Does any one remember the Crouch family who lived in the area for many years?

My father was William (Bill) who emigrated to Australia in 1926. Ada (sister of William) emigrated to Australia about 1957 to help look after the children after the death of our mother at the end of 1955.

Reference is made to them as having been some of the many ex-students of Mr Mallett who donated to his retirement.

Also a reference is made to a draymen Crouch by Mr.Chuck in his memoirs this was the father of William and Ada.

I am aware all this was a long time ago but I was hoping some one may have some additional information.
