SATS results 2001

This item relates to a report on the performace of Brookmans Park Primary School in 2001 based on details released by headteacher Peter Evans on July 13, 2001.

The results for Y2 and Y6 have now been analysed and are shown here. Particularly pleasing is the percentage of children at KS2 who have achieved Level 5. Also KS1 has been concentrating on raising the percentage of children who have achieved Level 3 in writing. The target for this year, which was quite ambitious, was to raise the percentage from 13% in 2000 to 20% in 2001. The actual percentage was 26%, which is excellent. Children and teachers have worked hard to achieve these results.
