Note:  At Key Stage 2, the National and County results for 1999 have not been received (as of October 10th)
The following tables show that Brookmans Park School is achieving well at both KS1 and KS2.  It should be remembered that one child is equivalent to 2-3%.  So, the performances of just one or two children can have quite a large effect on the overall results.
OFSTED in their 1999 report, (click here for the report) confirmed that the school is ahieving results which are 'above or well above average' when compared to schools of similar intake.
The children at KS2 in 1998 performed far better than was forecast in the teacher assessment in science.  They obviously rose to the occasion.  The task/test results are the ones used for the 'league tables'.
